Meet Ironclad Elite’s Lawyers
Over 50 years of combined legal experience. Each lawyer has extensive courtroom experience, jury experience and each of them love formulating the best possible defense. Between both lawyers, they have conducted over 100 jury trials. The lessons, methods and tactics learned from those trials will be used to maximize your odds of victory.
Joe Hudak grew up in a steel mill town outside Pittsburgh, then journeyed to New York City for law school. Upon graduation he returned to Pittsburgh and worked for a legendary criminal defense lawyer specializing in organized crime, homicide, rape and other serious crimes.
In the early 1990’s Mr. Hudak opened his own office, and established a phenomenal record of winning homicide, narcotics, firearms, sex offense, and other serious cases. He developed a reputation as a complex strategist and the most effective cross-examining of witnesses in Pennsylvania and other states.

Joe Pometto is an experienced trial lawyer who was taken numerous cases to jury verdicts. Joe Pometto has also conducted mediations, arbitrations, magistrate hearings, bench trials, direct appeals, plea bargains and high-level negotiations. He especially enjoys working on jury cases and preparing for trials.
Attorney Pometto has worked for the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office, the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel, the Allegheny County Veteran’s Court, an Employment Litigation Law Firm and a Law Firm specializing in the defense of toxic torts. Joe Pometto loves working in criminal defense and taking cases to verdict if he cannot get a fair plea deal for his client.
Before pursuing an education and career in law, Attorney Pometto served in the U.S. Air Force for four years, both stateside and overseas. He uses the discipline and work ethic he learned in the military to bolster his legal practice.
In his free time Joe enjoys golf, reading books on ancient history and traveling.

Our Services
FELONIES
All felonies are serious. Some are more serious than others. It is common for people convicted of felonies and serious felonies to serve jail sentences and/or prison sentences at a state penitentiary. Felony convictions are life-changing. In many states, Felonies cannot be expunged from your record. They will follow the convicted for the rest of their life, often interfering with employment, housing and government benefits. You should fight with all you have. The consequences are high. We are here to fight this battle to the highest degree.
MISDEMEANORS
A misdemeanor, while not as serious as a felony, can still have life-altering consequences. Although not extremely common, someone convicted of a misdemeanor can be sentenced to jail, house arrest and probation. Other consequences can flow from a conviction as well, such as a license suspension or loss of professional licensure. We will represent you for misdemeanors, our fees are still high. We are fighting to protect your livelihood, reputation and freedom.
OTHER CRIMINAL CASES
Other criminal cases include summary convictions and very low-level misdemeanors. These offenses can often be expunged. They typically carry fines and do not often carry jail sentences. However, a conviction can still affect employment, housing and reputation. We will represent you on these cases. High fees will still apply.
